We start with a $2,000 - $5,000 non-refundable deposit to begin product research.

We will spend roughly 3-4 weeks doing deep market research based on your tier and criteria.

After we come up with 3-8 product ideas (based on your tier) we will present them for your final opinion.

You can choose a product idea or allow us to make that final decision.

If you choose to continue, your deposit will count towards your final funding cost of the project.

If you are unsatisfied with our proposed product ideas, you can pay an additional fee for our team to find more products or walk away without refund of your deposit.

If you feel you will have strong opinions towards the selected product we recommend doing product research on your own.

After you or our team selects the product for launch, we will propose a final budget and contract. Once you sign and fund the project our team will start the full process of launching it for you on Amazon.

The cost of each tier will likely fall in the range of the budget.

If you have a specific starting budget in mind, we can work within the confines of that budget.

For example, if you have a starting budget of $20,000 we would work within the Silver Tier project deliverables.

Depending on the product you or we choose, the budget may be slightly higher or lower than the budget range of the tier.

All deliverables will be agreed upon before signing the contract and funding the project.

This program is designed for you to sit back and relax while our team handles the work.

Our team will handle all the final decision making if you do not have a specific product you'd like us to launch. 

If you have a specific brand/product and design you'd like us to launch, we will involve you in the approval process to make sure you're getting the product you want.

If you have strong opinions on the product selection, brand name, logo design, product design, photos, etc... We strongly recommend our Jaguar Program to give yourself more control over the final decision making process.

In the Black Panther program, we may ask for your opinion, but we will ultimately make the final decisions.

In all tiers there will be specific instances where we will need your involvement. Mainly related to setting up your LLC, Amazon Seller Account, and Trademarking as these will be under your name.

Depending on the tier, we will help facilitate all this with you.

For products that our team finds on our own our target launch goal from project funding is 4-6 months (depending on the number of SKUs and complexity of the product).

For products our team researches and finds, we usually won't look for highly customized products that require additional tooling or molds at the Silver Tier.

At the Gold and Diamond tiers, we may opt for more advanced and complex product design concepts that may require more time to finalize and produce.

If you have a specific product in mind that requires custom tooling, that may extend the target launch date.

If you request a quote for a specific tier, we can provide an example contract for you to review.

Each contract will be customized based on the product selected for launch.

After the product research and selection phase is complete, the contract will customized for the product selected.

You will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the product ideas before signing the final contract.

Yes. If you have a specific product in mind that you'd like our team to launch for you we can do that as well.

Having a product idea that you're committed to will likely lower the cost of the program for you as we will be able to bypass the product research phase.

This is for both. We can launch brands and products for those who do not already have a brand on Amazon, or launch new products for existing brands.

Program costs can be customized depending on the needs of the client.

The Black Panther program is designed to provide you with a brand and business launched on Amazon.

We define this as an approved and live product listing with inventory showing as Available for purchase on Amazon via FBA.

This program does not include and PPC, advertising, or management post launch.

If you would like our team to manage your business moving forward, we can do that through my Weavos agency and a separate contract.

You will have Lifetime Access to my Anaconda Program.

The remaining budget will be due at signing of the continuation contract after the product idea is approved.

This allows our team to work efficiently and effectively without delays in funding.

In certain circumstances, we may allow for funding payment plan options.

Please note that payment plans will likely incur additional fees and costs compared to funding in full up front.

Yes. If you do prefer to pay with a credit card we will add on a 3% transaction fee to the project funding price.

No. There are no guarantees for sales or profit.

This is a service to deliver a final product to Amazon.

You as the owner maintain 100% ownership of the business and therefore assume 100% of the risk.

We will be obligated under contract to provide the included deliverables of the program, but opinions and biases towards how the products should be designed, branded, or photographed will not be covered under contract.

If you have strong opinions on what your product should look like, branding should look like, and images should look like, we recommend considering our Jaguar Program where you'll have more control over all those decisions.
